How it works
Sparesure does not keep a warehouse of parts. We find the part for you, from European surplus suppliers who test and warrant what they sell, and have it shipped to you by express courier.
- Request a quote. Use the form on any part page, or search and request a part that isn't listed. Include the full part number and, if you can, a photo of the label.
- We source it. We contact suppliers and confirm the part, its condition (new surplus, refurbished or used), its test status and its warranty.
- You receive a quote within 4 working hours of your request, with price, condition, warranty and delivery time.
- You confirm and pay. We invoice you, and once payment is received we order the part.
- It ships by express courier to your site, with tracking. Warranty starts on delivery. See warranty & returns and delivery.
Everything is confirmed on your quote. Until you accept a quote, nothing is ordered and nothing is owed.
