The 140DSI35300 is a Schneider Electric i/o module from the Modicon Quantum / Premium / TSX Micro range. Typical applications: Sensor and switch inputs on machine lines. The manufacturer no longer sells this part new (discontinued 2022), which is why it is sourced from surplus stock elsewhere in Europe.
